Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast, based on double occupancy of twin or double room with en suite
Children under 12 can be at half price when they share room with an adult, children over 12 are charged at adult rate. Babies and toddlers are free when in their own travel cot.

Booking Terms
Arrival:
On Arrival guests must arrive no earlier than 3pm (unless other wise arranged).
A small deposit is taken from the customer Credit Card, usually the first nights stay as deposit. This will be deducted from the overall price on checking out.
Payment:
Payment is made on checking out. We do accept all cards except American Express. Guest to vacate bedroom by 10.30am at latest.
Departure:
Guest to vacate bedroom by 10.30am at latest.
Cancelation policy
We now do not refund the deposit and also if Guest cancels within 48 hours of coming we reserve the right to request full payment of their stay.
