The Craigerne Hotel's Restaurant is building a strong reputation for high quality cuisine. Some of our dishes are based upon traditional scottish recipes whilst others display an international influence and are all prepared in our own kitchens. We use fresh ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. The menu is refreshed daily and is complemented by a selection of good, modestly priced wines.

After dinner, enjoy a relaxing drink in the comfortable lounge in front of the open fire. We have a wide selection of single malt whiskies and offer local ales from the Cairngorm Brewery based in Aviemore.

Breakfast is served in the separate breakfast room with a good selection of cereals, fruits and juices, followed by a full cooked Scottish Breakfast, toast, tea or coffee.
