Rates for 2008/9
All prices are per person per night based on double occupancy of Twin or Double room with en-suite and includes a full Scottish breakfast

Apr 1st to Sept 30th from £32 to £40.00 per person per night

Oct 1st to Dec 23rd and Jan 3rd to Mar 31st from £29 per person per night

Dec 26th to Jan 2nd from £35 per person per night

Discounts may be available for longer stays or larger groups, call for details.

Dinner is available for £22 for 3 courses with Coffee/Tea - must be pre-booked for night of arrival to guarantee availability

Single occupancy of a double room is available at a discount of approximately 40% off the normal rate for two people.

Discounted rates are available for children sharing a parents twin/double room:
0-3 free ; 4-12 50% of adult tariff - limited by availability of cots/folding beds

Free Wireless Internet Access is available in public areas and our Superior Rooms

Pets are Welcome - Well behaved dogs are welcome in the hotel. If you are bringing your dog with you, please bring their bed, blanket, food and bowl.

If you prefer, we also have bedrooms which we keep "dog free".

In either event, please let us know when booking.

Smoking Policy
Our hotel operates a no smoking policy in compliance with recent Scottish Executive Legislation and in the interests of fire safety and comfort of non-smoking guests.

Booking
To confirm a booking please either email/telephone credit card details which we will hold as confirmation, or use our on-line booking facility for rapid confirmation, security and convenience.

Your credit card number will only be used for payment at check out or in-line with our cancellation policy.

Guests may check in any time after 3.30pm, or earlier by request. Check-out is by 10.30 am, or later by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your visit any deposit due will be refunded. If less than 14 days we will retain any deposit (normally £10 per person) or debit your credit card by this amount. If cancellation is less than 48 hours we reserve the right to request payment in full.
